Shipping
We will process your order within 1-4 business days of receiving it.
This is in addition to the delivery time window expressed for each option.

Customers Within Australia:
Standard Post
Standard post travels by truck and may take a while (up to 10 business days) to get to you, epically if you are a distance away from us (in Brisbane).

Express Post
This option should get to most places either overnight from when we ship the item out (Shipped Monday, delivered Tuesday) or (shipped Friday, Delivered Monday) the next business day after that if you are a little further out or more regional.

Where possible tracking numbers will be updated and sent to you once the item is with the shipping carrier. 

Customers Outside Australia Items may be shipped from Australia or one of our partners depending on where the stock is located.

Standard Post Items will normally take between 8-43 business days depending on where you are located.

Express Post Express post will normally take approximately 1 week less than standard shipping times.

Please note: customers in EU countries may be charged customs and import fees as the item enters the country. This applies to both standard and express shipping options.
