We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original packaging. In some cases you’ll also need to have proof of purchase.
Grips attached to handles cannot be removed once fitted so therefore cannot be refunded as they are classed as a consumable part.

If your return is accepted, all shipping costs incurred by ourselves will be kept from the original purchase and you will be liable for any shipping fees for the return.

We will also charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case the shipping charge may be covered by us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If an item is marked as a non refundable item then it won't be included for change of mind refunds, however if these arrive damaged or the wrong item arrives please still reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
As mentioned above grips attached to handles cannot be removed once installed hence we cannot offer refunds for the grip but can on the handle.
The colour of an item is not covered under warranty. We will not accept returns for used items which have the colour come off.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
