When choosing your pouches please read the below to make it easy for you:
The hammer sleeve can be added to pouches 1, 2, 3 and 5. 

1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.5 are designed to sit on your right side when installing a hammer sleeve and likewise 1.2, 2.2, 3.2 and 5.2 are designed to sit on your left. (Framing Pouch, first fix pouch, slanted slimline pouch and heavy duty tool pouch).

If you are placing a pouch on your non dominant side or are using a hammer holder ring then this consideration isn't required and you can place any pouch on either side.

4.1 and 4.2 (dominant tool pouch) already has a hammer sleeve attached so choosing 4.1 for right handed use and 4.2 for left handed use is important.
